Turn portfolio data into useful customer service

Your customer portfolio should be manageable from one place. SmartgridX brings supported installation data together, helping you find the homes that need attention, inspect the relevant devices and share a configured report that makes the installation's performance easier to discuss.

See which installation needs attention

Use the portfolio view to compare available site indicators and find the next installation to investigate. Choose a table or tile layout that fits your work, and organise the portfolio with relevant site groups. Agree which measurements matter for your service rather than showing every value at once. The available views depend on connected data, dashboard configuration and access rights, so set up an overview your team can actually use.

Move from a symptom to its context

Open the installation and follow its device hierarchy to the relevant meter, inverter, battery or charger. Compare related measurements over the same period: production, demand and battery behaviour can explain a change in grid exchange better than one isolated reading. Add the available alarm history and installation context to your investigation. This gives your service team a concrete starting point and helps you discuss observed behaviour with the customer.

Make reporting part of the service

A configured report combines a template, installation scope, period, time zone and access rules. Preview a representative report and check its figures before arranging customer distribution. When reporting and permissions are enabled, reports can be generated as PDFs and recurring delivery can be configured. Use the report to explain trends, energy flows and follow-up actions. A useful customer report is a conversation about their installation, not simply another graph sent without context.

In practice

A monthly review with the customer

A customer asks why grid import increased. Open the installation and compare the same month's solar production, household demand and available battery measurements. Prepare a report with the relevant period and scope, then explain the observed changes in plain language. If the data points to a changed usage pattern or a technical issue, agree the next check. The customer receives a clear reference for that discussion.
