He describes himself as young at heart, sporty, a family person and someone who likes being surrounded by good company— colleagues, friends, dogs, you name it. With a head full of hobbies and not enough hours in a day, he brings that same energy to Eniris too.
His career here started as an intern, straight out of school. “I immediately noticed this wasn’t a standard internship. get trust, a lot of freedom and a broad range of tasks here. That’s not the case everywhere.” That first impression made a difference: he felt at ease, saw the potential of the young company and stayed.
Today, he builds and maintains international business relationships. His days are filled with meetings, conversations, guiding customers, aligning priorities with the team and — very importantly — a lot of human contact. “I like talking to people. Understanding their needs andhelping guide them through that gives me satisfaction.”
In between, he also likes making time for a quick chat with colleagues. “I don’t work from home often, even though I can. I simply like being around people. The atmosphere is good, and that gives energy.”
What makes him proud? The big deals he brings in — not because of the deal itself, but because of all the work that comes before it. “When customers can then continue independently with our system, I know I’ve done my job well.”
Professionally, he has grown a lot: more structure, more self-confidence, stronger relationship management and better at dealing with difficult scenarios. “That’s part of it, and you learn how to handle it.”
He describes the atmosphere as warm, relaxed and easy-going. “There’s very little gossip, everyone trusts each other. You don’t have to pretend to be someone you’re not. That’s what makes it so nicehere.”
What does he appreciate most about his colleagues? “That they trust me and that I can go to them with anything. Nobody thinks, ‘oh, here he is again’. That’s really unique.”
Sometimes it is challenging too. “Keeping your schedule under control isn’t always easy. Last-minute things often come up, so flexibility is important.”
There are also misconceptions: “People sometimes think I can solve everything technically or that I can code. I can doa lot, but not everything,” he laughs.
To succeed here, he believes you mainly need to be independent, eager to learn and strong in communication — both with customers and internally with engineers.
Outside Eniris, you’ll find him on the handball court, on skis, on a surfboard, in a restaurant, with the dogs or having a drink with friends. He also loves travelling — a nice match with the international side of his job.
During lunch breaks, he is almost always at the ping-pong table. “That does describe me. Sporty, competitive and always up for a game.”
He wants to keep growing in self-confidence and in daring to say “no”. He is also looking forward to new colleagues who bring experience, enthusiasm and their own view on sales. “You learn so much from how others approach things.”
“Are you unsure? Give it a chance. It can become a really great experience. Eniris is young and dynamic, and you genuinely get the room to grow here.”
