Start with what your home can offer
Your battery, solar panels, charger and supported heating devices may offer flexibility. Your installer identifies the available power and operating limits. Your home is considered as a complete installation, with its own connection and your own needs. The contribution depends on the equipment and agreed conditions.
Choose a service you understand
A portfolio can work with an aggregator, supplier or another authorised market party through a supported connection. The service must suit your country and devices. Technical and commercial onboarding establishes eligibility for the chosen market. Before joining, you should know what can be controlled, who is responsible and which commitments your agreement includes.
Keep your home’s limits in place
Portfolio commands must respect equipment protections and agreed installation limits. Your installer configures power commands, battery boundaries, signal timeouts and fallback behaviour before external control begins. Correct meter data and supported interfaces allow the requested and actual behaviour to be compared. Individual homes and the portfolio are monitored so deviations can be investigated.
Joining an agreed aggregator service
Your installer checks whether your battery and solar installation meet the service’s requirements, including your connection limits and agreement. Eniris and the market partner define the connection and scope of control. A representative group is tested, including what happens if signals stop, before further homes are added under the same conditions.
For installers: before activation
- List devices, firmware, available power and household limits.
- Agree market partner, service and contractual roles.
- Confirm connection route, power commands and fallback.
- Validate feedback and representative homes before expansion.
