About Solarys Energy

Kris De Blauwe graduated in 2003 as a Bioengineer from KU Leuven. In 2010, Kris enthusiastically completed an Executive MBA at the Vlerick Management School. He has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across production, procurement, and service in an international context.

Frédéric Janssens graduated in 2003 as an Industrial Engineer in Electromechanics at Groep T in Leuven. He then completed a Master’s in International Business Management in Madrid. Frédéric was a pioneer in the Belgian solar panel industry, actively contributing to the sales, design, and implementation of various solar panel projects. In 2012, he founded Copo BV, focusing on green heat production using local and sustainable wood resources.

Frédéric’s technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, combined with Kris’s professional experience, form the ideal partnership to embark on a new venture together. This led to the creation of Solarys Energy in August 2023.
