Pathway 2: Eniris Integrates the Protocol (Conditional)

Alternatively, you can request that our development team integrates your specific, proprietary protocol into the SmartgridOne ecosystem. Because this requires specific and dedicated resources from our end, Eniris evaluates these requests carefully and only accepts them if they demonstrate clear commercial relevance.

Conditions for this integration:

• Commercial Requirement: You (or your company) must have a recent order (placed within the last 60 days) with a minimum total value of €15,000 in software licenses and/or hardware. Meeting this commercial requirement entitles you to request one integration free of charge.
• Limited to One Device: The integration will apply to one specific device type only. We do not commit to supporting the full product range of your brand under this
• No Guarantees: There is no absolute guarantee of success. Eniris reserves the right to decline the integration request if it does not align with our current technological roadmap or capacity.
• Deviations: Any requests or deviations that fall outside of this specific policy will be charged at our standard service rates. All customized integration projects must be discussed and approved in advance with your Eniris sales representative.
