As Innovation Manager, you are the driving force behind innovation at Eniris. You maintain a clear view of the bigger picture and translate technological trends, customer needs, and market developments into concrete opportunities for our energy management system and SmartgridOne solutions.

You work closely with the different teams, from software and product to sales and support. You ensure that good ideas do not remain theoretical, but are successfully brought into practice. You also promote a culture in which experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement are second nature.

You are responsible for developing and monitoring the innovation roadmap. You initiate and guide projects from idea to implementation, maintain close relationships with external partners and knowledge institutions, and ensure that innovations are not only original, but also sustainable, scalable, and future-proof.

Your responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and keep Eniris’ innovation strategy and roadmap up to date.
• Identify technological trends, market developments, and customer needs, and translate them into concrete opportunities.
• Initiate, coordinate, and guide innovation projects from idea to implementation.
• Work closely with internal teams to assess, prioritise, and implement ideas.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and knowledge institutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation in which experimentation and continuous improvement are central.
• Document and share insights, results, and lessons learned across the organisation.
