About the role

As a Technical Account Manager, you are not just a point of contact; you are the strategic partner and technical advisor for our top-tier clients. You ensure that they get the most out of our SmartgridOne EMS.

You will manage the relationship at a technical level, understand the client’s challenges and act as the client’s voice within our organisation. In this role, you will report directly to the Product Owner.

What are you going to do?

  • Strategic Account Management: You will hold regular meetings with our key clients to monitor how the system is performing and identify areas where we can provide technical support.
  • Requirements Analysis & Custom Development: You discuss new requirements and custom features directly with the client. You are the one who probes further until the core of the requirement is clear.
  • Bridge to Engineering: You will translate these client requirements into clear technical specifications for the engineering team. You will be responsible for the progress and successful delivery of these projects.
  • Client support: As soon as the engineering team has delivered a new feature, you are the one who presents and explains the solution to the client, so that they can start using it successfully straight away.
  • Ownership: You are responsible for the technical roadmap of your client portfolio from start to finish.

We are looking for a Video Content Creator intern to help maintain and expand our online learning centre for our Energy Management System (EMS). During this internship, you will work on creating clear, professional videos that explain technical processes and functionalities in an accessible way.

The focus is on video editing, motion graphics and clear explanations. Animation is important, but 3D is not a requirement. If 3D is involved, it is a plus but not a must. You will work closely with our engineers, learn a great deal and also be able to work independently.
