Job Description

As a Product Engineer, you are a true functional all-rounder who seamlessly connects technology, customers and partners. You play a key role in the further development, optimization, and reliability of our Energy Management System (EMS).

You maintain close relationships with external partners such as energy suppliers and energy traders, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration. When technical or operational issues arise, you proactively take the initiative to contact the relevant parties, gather information and coordinate solutions.

In addition, you are responsible for developing and implementing new functionalities, improving existing modules, and enhancing the overall performance of the EMS. you apply your programming skills in a practical way to create impact quickly. You follow up on your work closely with customers and ensure that solutions are not only effective, but also sustainable and future-proof.

Your responsibilities

• Developing, testing and implementing new features and optimizations within the EMS.
• Actively monitoring systems and intervening proactively when deviations or incidents occur.
• Independently coordinating and following up with external parties.
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with partners such as energy suppliers and traders.
• Working closely with customers to understand their technical needs and translate them into concrete solutions.
• Documenting changes, processes and technical insights.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal workflows and product quality.

Your profile
