Job Description:

As a Support Officer at Eniris, you will be the first point of contact for customers with technical questions about our energy management and monitoring solutions. You play a key role in communication between our customers and the software development team, actively contributing to the improvement of tools, documentation, and support procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to and following up on customer inquiries.
  • Collaborating with customers to better understand their technical requirements.
  • Acting as a bridge between customers and the software team.
  • Creating and optimizing technical documentation.
Profile:
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication abilities; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical installations or experience in an installation company is an advantage.
  • Genuine interest in the energy or technology sector.
