Responsibilities
  • Answering and following up on customer enquiries.
  • Working with customers to better understand their technical requirements.
  • Acting as the link between our customers and the software development team.
  • Improving diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Improving and drafting documentation.
  • Improving support procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills. Knowledge of languages other than Dutch is a plus.
  • You enjoy helping people.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly.
  • A basic understanding of electrical installations is a strong plus, as is experience within an installation company.
